In 2014, Antonio Piedra, a multi-award winning producer and director who spent nearly two decades working on critically acclaimed films and commercial video productions joined the Talia Media Group team as Executive in Charge of Production.
Antonio has received numerous accolades for his work including an EMMY nomination, three Telly Awards, a National Recognition Award for Best Public Service Announcement and nominations for Best Music Video from BET.
Antonio has produced and directed over 100 direct response commercials, corporate videos, commercials, music videos and movies with some of the entertainment industry’s best and brightest. His work has brought a best music video nomination on BET, a National Distinction Award for Best PSA and one of the top cult movies of the last 20 years.
Prior to this Antonio two years in advertising in New York, 2 years in Los Angeles and 8 years in Miami where he held the position of Creative Director and Executive Producer at Chaos Studios.

Cindy Kimbrough

VP of Entertainment Marketing and Sponsorship for Talia Media Group, Cindy Kimbrough contributes significantly to the production process, as she is responsible for sponsorships, branding and marketing.
Broadcast radio is where Cindy laid the foundation for achieving her goals in broadcasting. Then moving to Los Angeles to focus on the entertainment marketing where she specialized in promotion and product placement - creating and negotiating brand integration and placement relationships between corporate brands and productions. In 2016, Cindy became Vice President of one of the most well-known and respected entertainment marketing agencies in the business, overseeing both the film and television departments. As a liaison with film studios, television networks, producers and independent film producers, she built sponsorship relationships with blue chip clients such as GM, Heineken, Samsung, Chanel, Capital On and Boost Mobile.
As a sponsor and product placement expert, Cindy is dedicated to finding the most natural and seamless product placement integrations along with the best sponsorship tie-ins without compromising client’s or production’s creative message. To that end, she has created a business system well-suited to the task. Her client base remains happy and loyal.
Minh Collins began his filmmaking career in 1997 on the independent feature film “Sparkler.” This positive experience prompted him to switch careers from the medical field to the entertainment industry. Never regretting the transition, he has created a list of notable projects on his resume.
In 2011 Minh directed the feature film “Hit List,” a dark-romantic comedy starring Joey Lawrence, Shirly Brener, Andrea Evans, Chris Owen, Curtis Armstrong, and Laura Wiggins which is currently being distributed internationally. Minh also directed two television pilots: “Bottom Feeders,” and “Venice Beach Sushi” in 2009. “Bottom Feeders” went on to win the Aloha Accolade Award for Excellence in Filmmaking during the 2009 Honolulu International Film Festival.
Minh directed the romantic comedy short “Gratuity” which made huge splash in several festivals in Los Angeles. He worked as a Recreation Producer on “Dark Art of Interrogation” and “Heroes under Fire” for the History Channel. In 2007, Minh served as line producer on “Man of a Thousand Faces,” a biography feature documentary film about the international mega star James Hong.
Minh is CEO and Head of Production at OIC Productions, LLC. He is currently attached to direct two full-length feature film “Wrath” & “Undercut”. Mr. Collins is also in development of other notable films such as “Rene Felton’s Life Story” and “Mind’s Eye”. In 2014, Minh produced several high-end commercials for products such as Budweiser, Chevy, Doritos and Li Ning.

Brian A. Frankel of Copyright Counselors, LLC is a business, entertainment, and intellectual property attorney based in Washington D.C. Brian’s practice includes contracts & transactional law, entertainment law, copyright, trademark, corporate formation, business strategy, and litigation.
Through his practice, Brian has represented clients that include film & video producers, media distribution companies, screenwriters, Fortune 50 companies, technology startups, government sub-contractors, online marketplaces, social media & marketing firms, a professional athletic team, consultants, freelancers, podcasters, live event producers and talent. Brian works with clients both as outside general counsel and on a project-to-project basis. Brian is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, in Florida, and before the D.C. Federal Court.
Brian stays active and engaged in the creative community. Brian serves on the Board of Directors for and as the Education Chairman of Washington Area Lawyers for the Arts where he has volunteered since 2007. Brian also serves as the Executive Director of D.C. Filmmakers and D.C Media Makers. Brian is the Festival Director for the Wheaton Film festival, and is the past Vice-President of the UF Law Alumni Group for D.C.
Brian is an award-winning independent filmmaker. He has produced and/or directed music videos, films, television shows, commercials, and multi-media projects. Brian’s past video clients include MTV, Spike TV, Motorola, M Audio, Def Jam South Records, the Merchant Marines, and the Independent Feature Project. Brian was honored as a Kodak Emerging Filmmaker.
Brian earned both his undergraduate degree and his law degree at the University of Florida. While at UF Law, Brian completed an externship with the Florida Supreme Court, served as captain of the Jessup Moot Court Team, as Vice-president of the Law College Council, as President of the International Law Society, and as Executive Director of the 5th Annual Music Law Conference. He has technical training from NYFA at the French National Film Academy, the Art Institute of Phoenix, the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, and Miami Dade College.
